At the start of each end step, Toxrill unleashes its might by placing a slime counter on each opponent’s creature. This sinister ability diminishes their strength, giving them -1/-1 for each slime counter. Moreover, whenever one of these creatures perishes with a slime counter, you’ll create a 1/1 black Slug creature token, further expanding your army. To draw a card, simply sacrifice one of your Slugs by paying {U}{B}.
